on one of our steam or diesel trains?

Prices start from £65.00 for up to 25 persons or

£95.00 for up to 40 persons

The venue for your party is one coach on our train which is specially decorated for the occasion and reserved for your exclusive use.

Enjoy your party as the train travels back and forth between Moor Road Station and Park Halt.

Leave the train behind if you wish and explore nearby Middleton Woods or play games at Park Halt.

You can bring your own food if you wish and picnic on or off the train.

Please click on a link below for more detailed information and times;

On Saturdays, and Wednesdays in August, the train will usually be pulled by a diesel locomotive. On Saturday your coach is available for you from 12.40pm until 3.40pm.*, on Wednesdays in August it is 11.30 until 15.30.
On Sundays and Bank Holiday Mondays, the train will usually be steam hauled and you can book either a morning or afternoon party. Morning Parties are from 10.40am until 1.30pm. Afternoon Parties are from 2.00pm until 3.40* pm.

*4.20 pm between 28 March and 30th October 2010.

Choose the time and date of your party, then email these details to us and we will send you a booking form or alternate dates/times if your choice is unavailable.

Once agreed by email we will hold your booking for 7 days, to secure the booking, please return your completed form together with £20.00 deposit to:-

The balance is payable on arrival on the day of your party.

Prices, which are valid throughout 2010, include admission to the Engine House and unlimited train travel on your reserved coach, within the specified times, for up to a maximum of 40 persons. (Parents, guests and children, additional tickets may be purchased at the standrad fare less 10%)

Every effort will be made to provide the services advertised but the Middleton Railway Trust reserves the right to alter or cancel any service with or without notice and accepts no liability for loss, delay or inconvenience caused.
