GWR 0-6-0 Pannier Tank No. 1369, which is based at the South Devon Railway, was the star attraction at Middleton Railway's 2003 Gala which took place during the weekend of 27-28 September 2003.

The locomotive appears in most of the following Gala photographs, all of which were taken by Ian Dobson.
